Create New Workflows using the FloGenAI Tool

WorkfloPlus now has the capability to use AI in order to assist customers with building and developing workflow processes.

To access the FloGenAI Web Editor, click on the Workflow Editor via the main menu:


This will launch the main Workflow Editor screen.  From here, select Create New Workflow:


Give your Workflow a title, enter a description of your process and click Generate


The system will automatically create a process using AI and automatically populate a series of steps:


Please note the FloGenAI tool is only capable of generating a series of linear steps and will not include Decision Steps or Group Steps.

Once your 'skeleton' process has been created, you can amend and/or edit as required.


AI description examples:

  • This is a process for removal of an old boiler, installation of a new boiler and running the required safety checks afterwards.
  • This is a process for inspecting the electrical equipment on all 4 floors in an office block. If any problems are found,  these are logged using text and photo steps. If they can be fixed then the process captures evidence of the repair during the process.
  • This is a process for closing a road and repairing a pothole.  All safety checks must be in place before the work commences.
